What is Vita Coco, well its coconut water which is made from green coconuts, which have the average age of 7 months, they have tested many coconuts to find out that the green ones are the best to use for the coconut water that is put in to Vita Coco.
Vita Coco is very popular amongst the A lister Celebrities. Madonna, Demi Moore, Mathew McConaughey and Anthony Kiedis have all put money into Vita Coco.
Vita Coco is filtered and then flash pasteurized at 120 degrees for a few seconds before been packaged up. The Tetra Pak packaging gives the coconut water a shelf life of up to 12 months. Since Vita Coco is pasteurized it’s entirely safe for pregnant women to drink, and it was actually featured in Pregnancy Magazine as a healthy drink for pregnant women.
If you don’t finish drinking your Vita Coco, then you can place it into your fridge to keep it cool and use it within 24 hours.
The 100% Pure Vita Coco is 100% pure coconut water and has no added water, there are also four other flavours as well. Peach & Mango, Tangerine, Pineapple and Acai & Pom.
